Barack Obama: The Plot Thickens...

on Monday, March 31, 2008

The Messiah's once perfect campaign is slowly decomposing into a tangled web of lies, falsehoods, and atrocities.

Towards the end of last year, Politico detailed a story about a general assembly questionnaire filled out by Barack Obama, in which he took a hard-lined liberal stance on most, if not all, issues. The questionnaire haunted Obama as it portrayed him as excessively liberal. In his defense, Barack Obama's campaign announced that Barack himself had not filled out the questionnaire and said that he had "never seen or approved" the questionnaire. In fact, they claimed that it was filled out by somebody who "unintentionally mischaracterized his position.”

Well, well, well. Turns out the questionnaire that Barack never saw or approved... has his handwriting all over it!

And, as Captain Ed points out to anybody willing to read the questionnaire, Obama's handwritten positions include:

  • Being opposed to parental notification on abortions. He amended this to say that he might possibly support it for 12- or 13-year-olds, but no older. So to all you 14-year-old readers out there, relax, you don't even have to tell your parents about your abortion when Barack becomes king president
  • He flatly opposed the death penalty, a position he denied ever having.
  • He supported bans on the sale, possession, and manufacture of guns, again a position he denied ever taking.

And the lies don't end there. At a recent speech in Selma, AL, Obama claimed that the Kennedy administration paid for his Kenyan father's travel to the U.S. on a student scholarship. Barack, trying to hype up his civil rights devotion, said that this act was responsible for his “very existence”.

Sounds like a fairy-tale ending... too bad it's not true.

As the Washington Post points out:

Contrary to Obama’s claims in speeches in January at American University and in Selma last year, the Kennedy family did not provide the funding for a September 1959 airlift of 81 Kenyan students to the United States that included Obama’s father. According to historical records and interviews with participants, the Kennedys were first approached for support for the program nearly a year later, in July 1960.
Obama continued in his filthy little lie when he added this:

Obama said: “There was something stirring across the country because of what happened in Selma, Alabama, because some folks are willing to march across a bridge. So they got together and Barack Obama Junior was born.”
Right. Except for the fact that the first march in Selma didn't occur until March 7, 1965 - a full four years AFTER Barack was born. How could the Selma marches be the reason for your birth when you were 4-years-old when they happened, Mr. Obama?

So how does the media treat all this? Answer: They ignore it as usual. The media's hypocritical treatment of Obama's fabrications in comparison to how they treated Mitt Romney is summed up nicely by John Stephenson:

When Mitt Romney stated that he saw his father march with Martin Luther King Jr., there was wall to wall media coverage reporting how he had to start backpeddaling [sic]. Even after witnesses came forward claiming they had seen his father march with him, the media story of Mitt fabricating the story still persists.
    Well said.

But lies aren't the only things filling Barry O's mouth. Two days ago he had this to say, which gives us further insight into his views on abortion:

Look, I got two daughters — 9 years old and 6 years old. I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby.
PUNISHED with a baby?!?! You disgust me, Barack.

I have an 18-month-old daughter. Never in my life have I ever thought of her as a punishment. Shame on you, Barack, for using such language.

And another thing Barry, if your daughters want to be promiscuous, having a baby in not a punishment - it is cause and effect. It is a consequence of an action. Don't go out drinking all night, then get mad when you get a hangover. Don't bang your head against a wall, then get mad once you get a headache. Don't do the act that causes pregnancy, then get mad when you, in fact, get pregnant.

This whole pro-choice argument is absurd. It's not your body you're aborting, it's someone else's. I don't want to hear this "a woman should be able to choose" argument anymore. You made your choice when you took off your pants. Accept responsibility.

And as for you, Barack, aren't you glad your parents didn't abort you.

    on Friday, March 28, 2008

Barack Obama's magical campaign of wonder is slowly bleeding to death - leaving him with nothing more than a shifty campaign plagued by controversy and lies resembling something you would expect to see in a Clinton camp.

As scores of non-thinking Americans nationwide were hypnotized with his words "hope" and "change", people slowly began to realize that the more you see of Barack, the less you like.

And his ship continues to sink...

Barack Obama's pastor, a man who has been the cause of much distress to the Obama-train as of late, a man who spent his life brainwashing his congregation into thinking that blacks are still an oppressed minority and that we as a nation have made no progress to the civil rights movement since the 1960s, a man who violated tax-exempt laws by endorsing Obama in church countless times, is nothing more than a phony hypocrite and a liar.

Rev. Wright - the same man who preached black liberation theology from his pulpit, whose teachings include shaking off the dregs of middle classism, and chastises its followers for too much materialism - is himself living in "materialism" with his shiny new 10,340 sq. foot home in a ritzy neighborhood, paid for by none other than his church. "But Rev. Wright?... I thought you said the white man was keeping you down."

Black liberation theology is the doctrine that snagged liberal Jesus into Wright's church as he himself so admits in his book. In fact Barack, who publicly lied when he said he never heard Wright make any controversial remarks, recounts in his autobiography the first sermon he ever heard Wright preach:

It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where white folks' greed runs a world in need, apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere ... That's the world! On which hope sits."
"Where white folks' greed runs a world in need." It's also appropriate to note here that Obama claims that this speech made him weep, leaving me with no other option than to reject his recent claim that he would've left Wright's church now if he was still the pastor. Why leave now? Why not 20 years ago when you first heard him preach racist sermons?

Theological differences aside, however, Americans are also finally realizing that while Barack Obama is promising everything to everybody, offering hope and change to any person that has ever been unhappy at least once in their lifetime and touting himself as the solution to ALL of society's problems, he is also refusing to show us how he will make those changes, what they will cost us in monetary terms, and what freedoms we will have to sacrifice in order to make those changes.

...but here's a sneek peek of things to come:

First, [Barack] said the Bush tax cuts ought to die... Maria Bartiromo on CNBC's "Closing Bell" asked, "Who should pay more and who should pay less?" Predictably, the politician chose to talk about who would benefit from his higher tax plan, not who would get socked the hardest, [but added that he would raise taxes -ed.] on those making more than $75,000.
Raising your taxes during a recession, THAT'S the price you will pay for Obama's "change"

Keep in mind, the word 'change' doesn't always mean "positive change"... there IS such a thing as change for the worse...

    Stabbed in the Back

    on Wednesday, March 26, 2008

Awesome now has a whole new meaning...

Polls released today show that 22% of Democrats want Hillary out of the race.

That shouldn't come as a shocker to anybody. But here's the sugary-sweet icing on the same poll: 22% also want Obama to leave.

Now the Hillary part I can understand... but Obama?! The Messiah himself? Losing almost a quarter of his own party's support?? How can that be?

Oh, right. Maybe it was the whole Rezko thing. Or perhaps his racist pastor had something to do with it. Heck, maybe it was even his America-hating wife who had this to say at a recent USC speech:

We don't like being pushed outside of our comfort zones. You know it right here on this campus. You know people sitting at different tables- you all living in different dorms. I was there. You're not talking to each other, taking advantage that you're in this diverse community. Because sometimes it's easier to hold on to your own stereotypes and misconceptions. It makes you feel justified in your own ignorance... That's America. So the challenge for us is are we ready for change?
You see, the thing about Michelle Obama is that she's an idiot. According to His Majesty's wife, all Americans are full of stereotypes and misconceptions. We're all ignorant.

I guess that's what I get for being a "typical white person", right Barack? Seriously, your wife is gonna cost you more points than your preacher has if she keeps this up. And as for you Michelle, if America sucks so bad, you are welcome to leave.

But whatever the reason for Barry O's fall, he has his work cut out for him if he wishes to succeed against the Clintons - who at this moment are rumored to be planning their own "Tonya Harding option".

Remember Barry, hell hath no furry like a woman scorned. Just ask Vince Foster.

    Fish. Barrel. Bang.

This isn't the biggest story I've ever covered, but it's another excuse to bash the Hillary train -- which never seems to get old, I might add...

And thus we are confronted with the latest evidence of the Clinton's pseudologia fantastica: Behold, Snipergate.

This is Hillary Clinton at GWU one week ago. Just watch from the beginning til about 1:07 (or -8:39 if you set your YouTube timers to count down, like I do):

    Pants SO ablaze...

Here's footage of Hillary dodging that sniper fire and running to her vehicle without a greeting ceremony that day in Bosnia:

I'm just curious, does anybody out there ever get phased anymore whenever another Clinton lie surfaces?

UPDATE: Hillary claims she 'misspoke' about her trip to Tuzla because she was sleep-deprived. Hmm. Well then what about this instance from almost 3 weeks earlier:

So you misspoke. On two seperate occasions. Because you were tired. On two seperate occasions. Good luck running with that excuse, Hillary.

Also, as one colleague mentions, doesn't sleep deprivation usually kick in at 3 a.m.

    Global Warming Headline Haven

    on Friday, March 21, 2008

Due to popular demand, here are the latest "global warming is still bunk" headlines:

    1) We just finished the coolest winter since 2001:

In addition to that chilling fact, the article also notes that the cooler temperatures have brought more winter moisture, which will provide welcome runoff to many drought-stricken regions. Hmm, I guess cooler temperatures aren't so bad after all...

    2) Al Gore's IPCC = Retards:

IPCC reports have predicted average world temperatures will increase dramatically, leading to the spread of tropical diseases, severe drought, the rapid melting of the world's glaciers and ice caps, and rising sea levels. However, several assessments of the IPCC's work have shown the techniques and methods used to derive its climate predictions are fundamentally flawed.
    The article concludes:

...the idea that the planet is experiencing unprecedented global warming "cannot be supported."
There's plenty o' meat to go around in the rest of the article, including this shocker: King Gore and his politically agenda-driven cronies in the IPCC "violated 60 of the 127 principles relevant in assessing the IPCC predictions". Now why would Al do that? Keep reading...

    3) Gore's new, 'convenient' IPO smells a little fishy:

What's an Emmy worth? If you're former Vice-President Al Gore, it's worth just north of $1 million a year and roughly another $48 million in stock.
Something about this deal just doesn't sit right with me. Gore isn't just taking piles of cash. According to the filing Gore, who is listed as executive chairman, and his CEO partner, lawyer-turned-entrepreneur Joel Hyatt, each loaned the company $1 million to get it started. They'll get that back in the IPO. But the two guys also collect hefty salaries for a company that hasn't shown a profit in three years—taking down $491,677 apiece last year in cash, plus bonuses of $550,000 each for, in Gore's case, helping get the company new affiliate agreements, broadening exiting agreements, and putting together a management team. The two currently receive $600,000 a year in salary and are eligible for additional bonuses, according to the IPO filing.

By comparison, at the time of the Google IPO in 2004, its two founders were each taking home a total of $356,556 in salary and bonuses, while sitting on top of a company that had earned nearly $106 million the year before.
Just curious, how in the world is Al making millions from a company that "hasn't shown a profit in three years"?? Anybody out there think he could pull off this underhand deal if he wasn't hailed as the 'savior-of-the-globe'?

    4) And speaking of Al, the founder of the weather channel wants to sue Al Gore for fraud:

He's been headed this direction for some time now, and was probably pushed over the edge by his own mentally-challenged employees - One of which who called for the de-certification and ultimate firing of any fellow meteorologist that doesn't believe in human-caused global warming. See for yourself.

So let me get this straight... you can't be fired because of your race, gender, or religion... but you CAN be fired because you don't believe in global warming. Brilliant.

    5) This one's a little OT, but fits well within the realm of our goal to humiliate environmentalist zealots:

The widely stated accusation that [plastic] bags kill 100,000 animals and a million seabirds every year are false, experts have [said]. They pose only a minimal threat to most marine species, including seals, whales, dolphins and seabirds.

Gordon Brown announced last month that he would force supermarkets to charge for the bags, saying that they were “one of the most visible symbols of environmental waste”. Retailers and some pressure groups, including the Campaign to Protect Rural England, threw their support behind him.

But scientists, politicians and marine experts attacked the Government for joining a “bandwagon” based on poor science.

Lord Taverne, the chairman of Sense about Science, said: “The Government is irresponsible to jump on a bandwagon that has no base in scientific evidence. This is one of many examples where you get bad science leading to bad decisions which are counter-productive. Attacking plastic bags makes people feel good but it doesn’t achieve anything.”
Why do I have a feeling I'll be reading an article ten years from now with similar language: The Government is irresponsible to jump on a bandwagon that has no base in scientific evidence. This is one of many examples where you get bad science leading to bad decisions which are counter-productive. Attacking [global warming] makes people feel good but it doesn’t achieve anything.

    Bets anyone?

    6) Remember those nifty CFL bulbs that are supposed to be better for the environment?

Compact fluorescent light bulbs, long touted by environmentalists as a more efficient and longer-lasting alternative to the incandescent bulbs that have lighted homes for more than a century, are running into resistance from waste industry officials and some environmental scientists, who warn that the bulbs’ poisonous innards pose a bigger threat to health and the environment than previously thought.
All CFLs contain mercury, a neurotoxin that can cause kidney and brain damage.

[Each bulb contains] enough to contaminate up to 6,000 gallons of water beyond safe drinking levels... Even the latest lamps promoted as “low-mercury” can contaminate more than 1,000 gallons of water beyond safe levels.
Once again, those haunting words: This is one of many examples where you get bad science leading to bad decisions...

    7) The ocean's temperature isn't rising after all...

Some 3,000 scientific robots that are plying the ocean have sent home a puzzling message. These diving instruments suggest that the oceans have not warmed up at all over the past four or five years.
Josh Willis at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory says the oceans are what really matter when it comes to global warming. In fact, 80 percent to 90 percent of global warming involves heating up ocean waters.
Beware if you read the article. It's from our friends over at moonbat-central NPR. There's hard, scientific data within, but they try to add their silly, unfounded liberal spin to it anyway. "All 3,000 robots must be wrong. We can't exactly say why or how, but they must be... all 3,000 of 'em... somehow..."

    8) Heck, while we're on the subject of oceans, plan on them falling in the future, not rising:

Sea levels are set to fall over millions of years, making the current rise blamed on climate change a brief interruption of an ancient geological trend
"If we humans still exist in 10, 20 or 50 million years, irrespective of how ice caps are waxing and waning, the long term ... is that sea level will drop, not rise"

Put all that in your pipe and smoke it, Al.

I guess Michael Goldfarb was right after all...
Global Warming: The more you know, the less you care

    I See Dead People

    on Thursday, March 20, 2008

Despite that fact that Osama Bin Laden's cronies released yet another Osama audio tape yesterday, I'm more convinced than ever that he's pushing up daisies somewhere.

    3 Reasons:

    1) The audio makes no mention of the 5 year anniversary of the Iraq war

    2) The audio makes no mention of the upcoming Geert Wilders’s "exposing Islam" film, which has most Islamic fascists outraged

    3) All he talks about is the Mohammed cartoons... which are almost three years old now. In fact, he adds, "despite your publishing of the insulting drawings, you haven't seen any reaction from the one and a half billion Muslims".

Ummm, there have been numerous recent protests concerning the cartoons, and there was even a recent assassination attempt on the man who drew them. No reaction, you say??

Besides, why would he release an audio tape on the 5th anniversary of the Iraq war...that doesn't mention the 5th anniversary of the Iraq war? Just curious.

This, along with the fact that he keeps referencing events that happened 2006 or earlier, leads me to agree with Rusty Shackleford:

This is old audio... As Sahab must have been embarrassed that they had nothing to offer the world on this the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, so they hurriedly released an old audio they had lying around. The fact that there was no accompanying banner is evidence that they threw this together last minute.
So why couldn't As Sahab release more recent audio from Bin Laden? Simple. Becuase he's not alive to record it.

    More Double Standards

    on Wednesday, March 19, 2008

While the media is hyperventilating over what they call Barack Obama's "wonderful" speech on race, many of us in the blogosphere have been quick to point out the hypocrisy surrounding the media's handling of Obama's church, and more specifically, his pastor.

Case in point: Rev. Wright has been documented, and even filmed, spewing some of the most rabid racist slurs and slogans you will ever hear. He calls our country the U.S. of 'KKK' A., preaches that the white man gov't created AIDS and gave it to the black man, accuses the rich white man of purposely keeping the black man poor and uneducated, says that America deserved the attacks on 9/11 because of our association with "that dirty word" Israel, and believes that America should be damned to hell. He insults whites while publicly declaring that the blacks are more elite and that they should be loyal to Africa, not America. And he's done all this for 20 years. Wanna see the evidence?... Just hop on over to YouTube.

Now here's my point, Obama goes out and makes a predictable speech about how his pastor's comments were nothing more than "just words" while simultaneously refusing to disavow Rev. Wright. Well here's where the hypocrisy lies: Barack Obama was the first presidential candidate to call for the firing of Don Imus after only one racist remark, not 20 years worth.

So let me get this straight, Mr. Obama, it's ok if a black man insults white people for 20 years, but it's unacceptable if a white man makes one racist slur against blacks.

Sorry Barack, I don't give you a pass on this one.

And what bothers me even more about this is the fact that Obama lied right to America's face 4 days ago when he boldly proclaimed "The statements that Rev. Wright made [...] were not statements I personally heard him preach."

... but then yesterday he said this: "Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes."

Liar. I guess in 20 years' worth of ranting against America and the white man, Rev. Wright never had time to teach the 10 commandments, one of which being "Thou shalt not bear false witness".

And if that's not enough, Obama then has the audacity to blame his pastor's racist and anti-American remarks on... conservative talk radio.

Meanwhile, the liberal press is still drooling over Obama's "eloquence and masterful recovery" from what they call a "no-big-deal" situation. The hypocrisy and irony of how the media is treating this - in comparison to, say, Don Imus' remarks or Mitt Romney's religion - is so absurd it's painful.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the media is in the tank for Obama. After all, 36% of Americans are conservatives, while only 6% of reporters are...

    Double Standard

    on Sunday, March 16, 2008

I know I already talked about this the other day, but I wanted to add a thought or two...

This past week, Barrack Obama's religion - and more specifically his pastor who enjoys spewing anti-American, racist sermons from his pulpit - has been an opportunity for the media to take a closer look at "the Messiah" and the type of views he embraces. So just how exactly has the media covered it?...

    Answer: They haven't!

If you don't believe me, do a yahoo or google news search right now and find me one AP, NYT, Reuters, or AFP article that doesn't defend the new controversy of Obama's religion, or even completely ignore it altogether! You won't!

In contrast, Mitt Romney couldn't ever go anywhere without being hounded by the press about his religion. Why the double standard, media?

    Anti-American Americans

    on Friday, March 14, 2008

Looks like Michelle Obama took my advice and decided to hide under a rock for a while. Anybody else notice how she hasn't made any major appearances since being blasted for instulting this country? But that still hasn't been enough to stop grafiti from dirtying up the Obama train this past week anyway.

Many wondered where Michelle's anti-American hippie-like remarks came from - until now. The video you are about to see is from the Obama's pastor, Reverend Wright:

"God bless America?... No, no, no. God damn America"

By the way, this is the same man that Obama credited for inspiring his "Audacity of Hope" book. He's also the same man who accused the American gov't with infecting the world with HIV. Oh, and to all you Oprah zombies out there, he's her pastor too.

And if that wasn't enough to taint Obama's god-like visage, now we find that he gave a one-million-dollar earmark... for his wife's hospital. Conflict of interest anyone?

Hide and Seek - Part 2

    on Friday, March 7, 2008

For a little background, read this first. (Reminder: As always, I have the links coded on this site to open in a new window - you won't ever leave this page when clicking a link.)

As I've already detailed, Hillary has continuously refused to release her 2007 tax returns. And Hillary, if you indeed are too busy to get them ready as you claim, remember, you just loaned your camp a cool $5 million... Surely you have the means to afford an accountant.

Well with a little more research I have found several reports showing how the Clintons have quite a lengthy history of hiding documents - much longer than I originally thought. Here is a brief summary of each report I found:

    Report 1
  • Hillary has tried to undo her previous business relationship with Ron Burkle, whose joint effort with the ruler of the uber-wealthy country of Dubai, gained huge profits from their Yucaipa Global Fund. The Clintons have not disclosed the potentially massive earnings made from this possible conflict of interest.

  • The Clintons have raised over $500 million in donations from the Clinton Foundation... but they refuse to release all of the names on the donor list.

  • 2007 isn't the first time the Clintons have claimed that they have "come clean" on their taxes, while simultaneously refusing to release them to the public. The Clintons also refused to release their taxes back in 1978 and 1979 - the very same years Hillary made a miraculous profit trading cattle futures by turning a mere $1,000 into $100,000 in just 12 months.

    Report 2
The spring before Hillary started her campaign for World Domination the White House, her husband Bill earned $700,000 from stock he sold. Problem is, the company whose stock he was selling was severely struggling in the red and the shares he sold were worth much, much less than the $3.50 he received per share. When questioned about it, Bill refused to disclose the name of the buyer.

    Report 3
The archivists at the Clinton Presidential Library are blocking the release of hundreds of pages of White House papers concerning pardons that the former president approved, including clemency for fugitive commodities trader Marc Rich. Not surprisingly, the archivists' decision was based on guidance provided by none other than Bill Clinton himself.

You know, for a woman who keeps begging to vote for her based on her "20 year record" in politics, we sure don't have much of a "record" available to look at.
  • Free Speech, the Democrat Way

    on Thursday, March 6, 2008

What's the best way to show your disapproval of War?.. Well by committing an act of domestic terrorism, of course!

The same loony degenerates who accuse the Bush Administration of committing terrorist acts against detainees at Gitmo, as well as in the Middle East, have finally resulted to terrorist acts themselves in an extreme act of political hypocrisy. Last night at about 3:43am in Times Square New York, a CodePink-esk protestor ignited a bomb with the clear purpose of destroying a military recruitment office.

The problem with all of this is the fact that we have slowly allowed protestors like this (CodePink, as well as others) to get away with this kind of "free speech" on a regular basis, without any ramifications. For example, law enforcement does nothing when protestors paint recruitment offices to look like blood, defacing gov't property in the process. Police stand by silently as CodePink hippies chain themselves to a military recruitment office, thereby illegally preventing patrons to enter a legitimate business. Tax-payer-funded college personnel do nothing as military recruiters are chased off a college campus during a job fair. The news ignores it when protestors deface an ROTC armory. So is it any surprise that these protestors continue to push the envelope?

A note to you hippie protestors: The 60s are over. This is not free speech, this is vandalism! This is domestic terrorism! One of you just bombed a government building, which hopefully lands you in prison for the rest of your worthless life. Was it worth it?

In fact, what is it that you are even protesting?.. After all, there is no draft currently in place and the only people who are even visiting these recruitment centers and joining the military are those who VOLUNTEER to do so. So what gives you the right to infringe on the rights of men and women who wish to join?..

It'll be interesting to follow this to see if our law enforcement personnel allow this to go unpunished simply because somebody was "just exercising their free speech, dude."

UPDATE: My brother Thomas just called me to add that this is eerily similar to the ELF home burnings in Seattle a few days ago. Apparently bombing or burning property that isn't yours is OK... if you're a liberal

    Media Bias?? What Media Bias?...

    on Monday, March 3, 2008

**This post has been updated, see bottom of post**

CBS News (you know, the same degenerates who produce made-up, phony stories trashing the President) has finally jumped the shark.

Last week it was reported that a White House aide had resigned after he was caught plagiarizing on at least 20 occasions. The man apologized, said there was no excuse for his actions, took full responsibility, was reprimanded by the White House, and ultimately cleaned out his office and left. So how does the CBS website entitle the story:

    "Bush Resigns Because Of Plagiarism"

    BUSH resigns
?? Man, you idiots over at CBS have been so giddy to write those words, you'll take anything you can get, won't you?

This is a perfect example as to why "nearly 70 percent of Americans believe traditional journalism is out of touch".

UPDATE: Nice try. 3 days after leaving the article headline unchanged, they finally decide to quitely insert the word "aide" while leaving no correction announcement. But don't think you guys got away with it that easily, I have a screenshot of the original headline...

    (Thanks: Newsbusters)
